Groupcall Xpressions

A new service is available for parents to ensure communication between the school and yourselves is easier and more cost effective. Groupcall Xpressions is an update to the service currently provided by Groupcall Limited (our text messaging provider).

 

If you download the free app and register with Xpressions, school can contact you (via email and text) and you can also reply to certain messages e.g. attendance or other queries free of charge.

 

The app is completely free of charge to you and can be installed on your mobile phone or tablet. It currently supports both Apple iOS and Android devices (with Windows mobile to follow) and you’ll be able to see all messages sent regarding your children.

 

How To Set Up Your Account

  • Go to the app store, search for Xpressions and install the App.
  • When you have successfully installed the app, open it and enter your email address then click ‘Next’.
  • Enter your mobile number and click ‘Next’.

 

The System will then check your details to the ones held on the school database. If your details do not match the school records you will see the text ‘incorrect answer’ in red below the box.  Correct and click ‘Continue’.  If you have any problems registering, please contact the school office to enable us to check your email address and mobile phone number.

 

When you have entered details correctly you will receive a text message to your mobile phone containing a 6 digit code.

  • Enter this code on screen.

  • Then 'Login’.

 

ParentPay - our new online payment service

 

We are pleased to announce that we are now accepting payments online for such items such as dinner money, snack, school trips and more. Using a secure website called ParentPay you will be able to pay online using your credit or debit card. ParentPay will be our preferred method of making payments to school.

 

What are the benefits to parents and pupils?

 

  • ParentPay is easy-to-use and gives you the freedom to make online payments whenever and wherever you like, 24/7.
  • The technology used is of the highest internet security available ensuring that your money will reach school safely - offering you peace of mind.
  • Payments can be made by credit/debit card or also through PayPoint.
  • Full payment histories and statements are available to you securely online at anytime.
  • Your children will not have to worry about losing money at school.
  • Parents can choose to be alerted when their balances are low via email and/or SMS text.

 

How to get started with ParentPay

 

  • Visit https://www.parentpay.com/
  • Enter your activation username and password in the Account Login section of the homepage. NB. These are for one-time use only, you will choose your own username and password for future access during the activation process.
  • Provide all the necessary information and choose your new username and password for your account - registering your email address will enable us to send you receipts and reminders.
  • Once activation is complete you can go straight to Items for payment, select which items(s) you want to add to your basket and proceed to complete your payment.
